The Golden Palm Country Club was honored to celebrate it's Grand Opening by hosting the Japanese Regional Championship matches for the Andersen Consulting World Championship of Golf ... featuring 32 of the world's leading golfers vying for golf's largest purse of US $ 3.65 million. This visually-stunning,18-hole championship course lies in a natural amphitheater among the volcanic foothills of Kyushu with the smoking volcano, Mt. Sakurajima, in the background.

MT. MALARAYAT RESORT AND GOLF CLUB

Carved out of an abandoned coconut plantation, this new resort and its stunning, 27-hole golf course have become a major destination and 2nd home community for the golfers of the Philippines. We worked closely with the client on a land yield involvement and development concept that met both environmental constraints as well as regional market demands.

THE PRESERVE GOLF CLUB
at the Santa Lucia Preserve, Carmel, California

We were invited to participate in the master planning process for the 20,000-acre Santa Lucia Preserve in Carmel Valley, California... one of the most extensive and environmentally challenging efforts ever undertaken by a private developer. We provided plans for this exclusive 18-hole private golf course set among the rolling, oak-studded hills and wildflower meadows all within the Santa Lucia Nature Preserve. The golf course and clubhouse are now completed, open for play, and a very limited number of prestigous homes are presently under construction.

RAINBOW HILLS GOLF
& HIGHLAND RESORT
Bogor, Indonesia

Indonesia's first truly integrated resort, Rainbow Hills, is comprised of a 27-hole championship caliber golf course, a 5-star Sheraton Hotel, conference facilities, spa, sports club, corporate lodges and over 600 single-family homes. We led the design team in analyzing the existing market, preparing the Master Plan and golf course design to position the Rainbow Hills Resort as one of Sheraton’s landmark properties worldwide.

THE RAJPRUEK CLUB
Bangkok, Thailand

At the exclusive Rajpruek Club, a few miles from the heart of downtown Bangkok, we led a team to prepare the master plan and golf course design for this very unique and successful project. As the focal point of this international landmark the golf course is surrounded by midrise and highrise office buildings, residential towers, a five-star hotel and commercial center. Working on a technically challenging site, we introduced an innovative drainage and dewatering system that permitted the creation of dramatic landscape contouring which was previously considered unattainable within the flood-prone Bangkok delta.
